We chose a name for the ranch! Our plan is to develop (or continue to develop) a business based on growing culinary herbs and art. It's the Mom 'n Pop. We're going to be needing a name when filling out forms and whatnot.
In addition to growing herbs and making art, the barn could eventually host workshops, performances, skiffling, puppet shows...who knows? The structure still needs quite a bit of work before that can happen.
As one of our first acts on behalf of the business, starting today Red Barn Ranch is underwriting The Latin Quarter with Brett Taylor, one of our favorite public radio shows on KUSP 88.9 in Santa Cruz. It plays Mondays from 1-3. You can listen to it here.
We'll keep you updated here as things progress. We'll be working on a website, but don't hold your breath. I'm the slowest non-web designer not in the business.
